We collect only the data needed to process your orders: your name, delivery address, phone number, email and the contents of the order, as well as the messages you send us through the contact form.

We do not collect payment card data: payment is made on delivery, in cash.

We use the data to process and deliver your order (contract), to answer your questions, to meet legal obligations (for example accounting and tax) and to prevent fraud. We load analytics only with your consent.

The site and its data are hosted by SuperHosting, with servers in Bulgaria (European Union); SuperHosting acts as a processor on our behalf. Data is also shared only with the courier for delivery, with our technical service providers and with authorities where the law requires. Some technical providers may be located outside Albania (for example in the European Union).

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and as the law requires, for example for accounting documents.

You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing, to object to processing, to request portability and to withdraw consent at any time.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the basic functions of the site (cart, account login, language). These do not require consent.

Only after your explicit consent do we load analytics tools — Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd., Malta) — which help us understand how the site is used through anonymised statistics, heatmaps and session recordings, so we can improve it.

You can decline these cookies from the banner on your first visit. Later you can withdraw consent by clearing the site's cookies and data in your browser. If you decline, the analytics tools are not loaded.

You can lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania.
